Concluding the contract
The following issues will be covered during contract negotiations:
- what type of investment will be involved
(open / silent investment or a combined form)
- which corporate evaluation will be used for the investment
- which amount will be paid at what point of time
(depends on specific milestones)
- how management contracts, rules of procedure, articles and the like will be organized
- how a consultancy agreement will be organized
- which reports must be submitted, and when
When the contract is concluded the prepared contracts will be signed and if necessary appointments made with lawyers.
