Concluding the contract

In the assessment center a careful evaluation is carried out on the medium-term sustainable market conditions combined with an investigation of the opportunities and risks related to the marketing of products and services, an analysis of the level of qualification of the people dealing with the project and an assessment of the plausibility and feasability of the business plan in different scenarios. Additional documents will be requested if any issues remain open. The final assessment will be carried out using a scoring procedure which

allows an analysis and evaluation of the company under largely objective standards, and
makes it possible for the company to be classified in a cross-comparison with rivals or competitors for capital from other industry.

A financial concept will be formulated for the company seeking investment. It will place limits on the various financing rounds, define the respective payment terms, determine the conditions of supervision and fix the divestment options.

In case of a positive decision by the assessment center an investment recommendation will be made to the advisory council of the venture capital fund.
